Training Department. Working in conjunction with The Center for Automotive Science and Technology at Weber State University, Utah and the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, E. J. developed Advanced Fuel and Emissions, Powertrain Control and Second Generation On-Board Diagnostic technical training for Honda and Acura technicians’ worldwide.
Eventually, wanting to advance his career, E. J. leveraged his technical and interpersonal skills to become a Region Manager in the Honda and Acura Customer Service Departments. With over 100 agents on the phones taking over 40,000 customer calls a month E. J. learned first hand what world-class customer service was all about.
After leaving Corporate America and pursuing other interests it was time to do something fun, that’s when Road And Track Specialists became a reality.
